All of the dog knitting patterns are sized Small through XL. Your dog's neck measurement determines the best size for them. Sizes vary widely among the same breed, so measuring much as you would for a new collar is the first step. Fur also affects the sizing of the dog cowl as fluffier dogs need a little bit larger cowl to accommodate the fur. The patterns have clear instructions on how to make the very best cowl for your dog.
The Celebration Dog Cowl
The character in this pattern really comes from the yarn used to knit the cowl. I call this the Celebration, because with all the color, it looks like a party to me. This was designed to be worn to a wedding or a big family reunion or special family pictures. The yarn for this pattern is reclaimed silk and is handspun. No two finished pieces will ever be exactly the same.
Peppermint Stick
This sweet treat of a dog cowl was designed to bring in some extra Christmas Cheer. Imagine your doggy wearing this for Christmas card pictures, or having it on when the family gathers for holiday parties and dinners.
The Everyday Dog Cowl
This pattern is my best selling dog pattern. It's written to be your first in-the-round project. The name comes from how easy it is for your dog to wear this cowl every single day. It's easy to make, so creating a fresh doggy cowl is fun and easy. My dog, Willie, never goes out without his Doggy cowl.
