Happy Christmas my dear reader! Tomorrow is Christmas Eve, and you’re probably wondering the same thing I am. Queue Talking Heads….How did I get here?
We’re all wondering where the month went.
How can December move so fast now that we're grownups yet was so painfully slow when we were children? Click To TweetToday, take a few minutes to browse the blog update, and remember how Christmas made you feel when you were a wee little one.
Remember being so excited about opening gifts and wondering with crazy anticipation what Santa would be bringing you?
If ever there was a time when the world needed Santa Claus, it's right freakin' now. Click To TweetRed and White is just perfect for Christmas knitting. I know it’s late in the game, but if you can find some quiet moments to yourself, there’s nothing like knitting stuff in red and white yarn to get you in the Christmas spirit.
Dog cowls knit up so fast, you can have a couple of them done in time for Christmas morning. Click To TweetNow is the time to summon your Holiday Spirit. Push your mental reset button and allow your self some time to remember why we’re doing all of this.
Holiday spirit did not originate with buying wide screen TV’s and Apple watches, so let that stuff go.
Pop some popcorn on the stove and watch some old Christmas movies tonight. Click To TweetWhile you’re enjoying the movies, knit stuff in red and white. Don’t know how to knit-in-the-round? That’s ok! Just make a scarf in red and white stripes. It’s awfully fun to do, and working in holiday colors will totally get you pumped for the last sprint through Christmas morning.
I’m going to leave you with a sweet photo gallery of dog and Santa pictures. I’m not going to introduce any more last minute crafts or try to sell you something new 9th hour before Christmas. I think we’re all over saturated with that by now.
Merry Christmas, dear readers. I’m so thankful you are spending time with me week after week and hope you enjoy this gift of sweet holiday pictures.
